clerval asked: Frankenstein isn't entirely an epistolary novel! Only does it begin and end with Robert Walton's letters to his sister. The rest of the story is told in first person narrative by Victor and The Creature for a little. While they are still speaking these narratives to other people, they are in first person so you can easily feel like the story is being told to you. Don't give up hope...
